The Vinlex Rehabilitation Foundation, founded by Comr. Chukwudi N. Okeadu, has been making a positive impact in grassroots communities since its inception in 2018 and its official registration in 2023. With its office located in Umuezeala Nsu, Ehime Mbano LGA, Imo State, the foundation is dedicated to rehabilitating and empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds.
